Lakeview Motel & Apartments Massena, Massena

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with lovely plaster-work on the ceiling. The staff was friendly and accommodating, recommending great places to eat nearby. The location, just outside Massena, NY, along the St Lawrence River with a view over the seaway, was quiet and gorgeous.

However, the room was a bit small for my liking. The service was top-notch, with very friendly and helpful staff who provided great recommendations for dining options and activities in the area. The location, although under renovation, was very quiet and pretty, especially being close to the Country Club, making it a nice spot for a stay near Massena. The dining options were limited, but there was coffee available in the office. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The service from the owner and staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, offering great dining recommendations like the Copper Still and a nearby golf club restaurant. The location was tranquil and lovely, although under renovation during my stay. The dining experience was basic with coffee available in the office, and they did serve homemade Belgian waffles. Overall, a decent value for the price.
